Houston, Texas (June 30, 2009) – Tejas Holdings has acquired the assets of Tulsa-based Team Oil Tools (“Team”) in a transaction sponsored by Intervale Capital (“Intervale”). The combined businesses will be rebranded as Tejas Completion Solutions (“Tejas”).
